While staying at Cajun Haven RV Park go hold a baby alligator. Only about a 9 minute drive from Cajun Haven RV Park is The Gator Chateau in Jennings, LA.

The Gator Chateau and I-10 visitor center is off of exit 64 on I-10. They are a educational attraction and perfect stop for a a family road trip.

The Gator Chateau and Visitor Center is a educational ambassadors for gators! There goal is to teach the public about the American Alligator. There educational attraction is free, but they do accept donations for their program.

One of their alligator handlers will give a lesson on the gators - everything from their habitat, what they eat, how they how , to how they care for them at Gator Chateau.
